Choosing a format for your podcast
The format you pick is personal and depends on who's involved. None of it is set in stone — start with one, pivot if it doesn't fit.
It's good to have an average format so listeners know what to expect, but you don't have to stick to it every single time. You might do a few solo episodes then realise it isn't for you, and bring on a co-host.
Some shows take a mixed-bag approach — never sticking to one set format. The beauty: it's your podcast. You make the rules.
