Apple Podcasts auto-lists you in most other apps. After that, the three directories worth submitting to manually are TuneIn, Amazon, and Audible.
Once you're in Apple Podcasts, you're automatically in a hundred other places. Google Podcasts will start noticing you on its own — they're in the search business, after all.
